American Servicing Company complaint by Trish

My husband and I have beent rying to get our arm lowered since Jan. No one would talk to us unless we were behind on our payments. All home mortgage rate are going down, Why are ours going up from 6.75% to 9.75%. Talked to a congressman about this problem and was told to refinance with another lender. We were told the goverment can" help with this problem so good luck. Can't do that without a lot of money up front. What do you do? If an attorney is ready, so are we!! kinda of glad to see my husband and I are not alone in this fight.
